A Millennial workforce is fast becoming the majority among the nation’s employee base. In this article, Derrick Feldmann, author of Cause for Change: The Why and How of Nonprofit Millenial Engagement offers three suggestions for creating an organizational culture that will be attractive to Millennials; catering to their general preferences to draw Millennials into your organization, and draw their best work from them.
