You often heard it said that Millennials are cause driven but thanks to The Millennial Impact Study conducted by Achieve in partnership with the Case Foundation we now have research to back this up. Achieve’s research has determined that greater than 50% of Millennials are influenced to accept employment based on that company’s involvement with causes.
